What You'll Be Doing:
  • Driving sales of Synopsys' technology development and manufacturing software solutions in the Southern California to New Mexico region.
  • Managing global and strategic accounts, including Tier-2 and start-up companies.
  • Focusing on key product lines such as Sentaurus TCAD, Mask Solutions, and Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Synopsys' projects and services.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.

What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Leading Edge Transistor Technology Development, Smart Manufacturing Process Control Solutions and Product Yield Analytics.
    • Strong understanding of Sentaurus TCAD, Mask Solutions, and Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to Manage Strategic Accounts, Smaller Territory Accounts and Start-up Companies

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $146,000-$220,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
