Role: Lead ETL Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration : long term
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in developing large-scale ETL solutions for enterprise-level applications.
- Expertise in Python and PySpark for developing robust ETL pipelines.
- Strong experience with AWS services, particularly Glue, Step Functions, and Lambda.
- Proficient in working with large-scale relational databases such as MySQL RDS and Redshift.
- Experience working with big data technologies and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex queries and optimizations.
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a keen eye for optimizing performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
