Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist with extensive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), particularly with the SAI360 GRC application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking/financial services and experience with web application technologies, as well as risk management, internal audit, internal control, and information security. The role involves configuring the SAI360 platform to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration for various GRC activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration and Design:
Lead or participate in configuration design workshops to understand business requirements.
Document functional designs and technical configurations.
Configure the SAI360 application based on agreed specifications, including reports and dashboards.
Project Support:
Assist the implementation core team throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve issues during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
Manage project scope and timelines, coordinating closely with the Project Manager.
Training and Documentation:
Provide formal training sessions to end-users, project team members, and customer functional administrators.
Prepare training materials and product-related documentation.
Time Management:
Track and manage billable and non-billable time.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and utilization metrics.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for SAI360 to implement optimal solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
GRC Expertise:
General knowledge and experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) industry.
Experience with risk management, internal audit, internal control, information security, and/or compliance software applications within a banking/financial services context.
Web Application Development:
Knowledge of web development technologies such as Java/JavaScript, JSON, HTML, XML, and Vue.js.
Proficiency with SQL language for database management and configuration.
Experience with BI Tooling:
Power BI experience for data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding.
SAI360 Configuration:
Previous experience with configuring and supporting the SAI360 GRC application is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a banking/financial institution working with GRC tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including SMBC team members at different levels.
