Onsite IT Support Engineer - Warren, NJ
1 year assignment
40 hours - 8am-5pm - Monday-Friday
Requirements
- 3-5 years years experience onsite support/local support/ServiceDesk engineer
- ITIL Certified (or studying)
- Azure /M365/Security fundamental certificates
- ITIL for IT Service Management (USA standard) or willingness to obtain.
- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
- Microsoft Windows 11 certification.
Job Description
- Experienced (3-5 years) onsite support/local support/ServiceDesk engineer
- Experienced in troubleshooting/solving workplace issues (laptop, docking station, cabling, etc)
- Basic/Advanced troubleshooting for network (VLAN, zoning, switches/routers) and infrastructure issues.
- ITIL Certified (or studying)
- Azure /M365/Security fundamental certificates
- Familiar with OT (for production environments) can probable be dropped as the production is in The Netherlands
- Familiar with GMP/GxP ('good practice' guidelines and regulations for Manufacturing)
- Needs to be/work very independently
- Needs to be onsite (5 days/week, at the beginning 'non-negotiable')
- Needs to understand it is work for a biopharmaceutical company that operates with a low profile.
