Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business continuity initiatives by reviewing and validating data submissions. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and consolidating information from various sources to support organizational goals.

  • Hybrid work schedule - 3 days onsite
  • 6 month contract


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process data requests accurately.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data.
  • Cross-check data with source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed logs of activities and completed work.
  • Provide support for various ongoing projects as needed.
  • Analyze datasets to ensure accuracy and uncover trends.

Required Skills:
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience working with templates and input validation in Excel is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in high-volume environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business administration or a related field, or high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate office or administrative setting preferred.
