Job Description

This position is responsible for analysis and reporting of business information to senior management across the Global Support Shared Services organization.

The Analyst will integrate real time data through the use of support business intelligence tools into useful information and metrics that will drive leadership strategic decision-making and allow support managers to immediately act on adverse trends. The analyst will provide transparency of data and targets through various performance tools such as dashboards, scorecards, and forecasts which seek to improve support productivity, gain operational efficiencies, and optimize support expense. This position requires a keen analytical ability to synthesize the data and correlation of metrics that will support achievement of organizational goals, and operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Analyze data for performance trends, variance analysis, and opportunities for improvement based on sound analytical methodology. Utilize analytical reporting / Business Intelligence tools in designing reports, scorecards and dashboards to provide the appropriate detailed information to diagnose reasons for performance issues and opportunities for improvement.

Review financial and operational metrics and correlate metrics using methods that will provide insight into causal effect on performance outcomes.

Conduct cost analysis on various operational activities to identity cost-saving opportunities and improve overall cost efficiency.

Review and analyze contractual agreements between the company and its clients, playing a role in risk mitigation, compliance, and business requirement alignment.

Lead significant analyses and fulfill complex information requests. Determine optimum methodology for retracing and analyzing current and historical data.

Formulates and provides recommendations regarding appropriate performance metrics. Acts in an advisory capacity to management on metrics, measures and dashboards.

Conducts research, provides analysis and makes recommendations regarding management initiatives. Assists in the definition of problems and issues through the use of analytical techniques.

Develops key operational and strategic materials for senior management in support of major programs and processes.

Ability to collaborate with operational teams, finance teams, and other collaborators to collect data, share insights, and align operational objectives.

US: Hiring Range: from $33.94 to $67.93 per hour; from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
