Access Global Group is seeking a skilled Infocenter DataHub Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data management solutions using Infocenter DataHub. This role requires expertise in data integration, master data management (MDM), metadata governance, and enterprise data architecture. The ideal candidate will work with Infocenter's DataHub platform to manage, integrate, and optimize data assets for business intelligence, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire DataHub Infocenter solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for loading data into the DataHub Infocenter.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within the data warehouse.
- Performance tuning and optimization of DataHub Infocenter.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DataHub Infocenter.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage the release process for DataHub Infocenter updates and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Guidewire technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation.
- Participate in project planning and estimation.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development.
- 5+ years of experience with Guidewire DataHub Infocenter.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) data models.
- Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL tools ( Informatica, SAP BODS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Guidewire certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of insurance industry best practices.
