IT Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team leveraging expertise in J2EE/Java Or DevOps.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project goals and establish clear project plans.
Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and clients.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Manage project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
Provide post-project evaluation and feedback to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
