- Salesforce Platform: (general), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Programming Languages: Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, SOSL.
- Development Tools: Force.com IDE, Eclipse with Force.com plugin, Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool.
