This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Lead the architecture and design of new applications and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend and frontend systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
- Participate in Agile planning, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing the full software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
