Open position : Pega developer open for w2 contract and must have healthcare experience atleaset 10+ years we are looking
Location: St. Louis, MO - *** Mandatory Onsite / Hybrid position - Must be working from St. Louis office ***
Must Haves:
Must Haves:
- Verified PEGA certifications such as PEGA CSSA or PEGA LSA are mandatory. ()
- 7+ years of experience in Java, Oracle, Splunk, Automation and other monitoring tools is needed
- Demonstrated and documented experience in lead/advisory AppDev roles with experience: as team lead (or higher), preparing design proposals, guiding strategic Application Development decisions, and providing technical leadership across multiple departments.
Duties:
- PEGA CSSA or PEGA LSA is mandatory
- Experience in Java, Oracle, Splunk, Automation and other monitoring tools is needed
- Guides the company on strategic Application Development decisions and provides advice that has a significant impact on strategic planning.
- Widely recognized Application Development expert and thought leader by both internal and external community and is responsible for the technical leadership of a major department/multiple departments across a function.
- Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems (e.g., finance, human resources, payroll, supply chain, client relationship management) across functional areas.
- Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
- Develops test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance.
- Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes.
- Develops conversion and system implementation plans.
- Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
- Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
- Coordinates system upgrade activity.
- Possesses industry-wide authority and represents the organization externally.
