Description:
Provide level one technical support for all software and hardware issues that impact end-user productivity, as well as escalation of issues as needed for additional support
Respond to support requests from employees and provide technical assistance through phone, email, and chat from all locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems in a Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environment.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Document all employee interactions and resolutions in a ticket tracking system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Provide ongoing employee follow-up to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Assist with software installation, upgrades, and patching as necessary.
Assist in execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Support and enforce established policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the IT Help Desk and all other IT processes.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- 1 year of technical support or related work experience
Nice Haves:
- Networking - maping a printer to a users computer
- Using the portal to setup voice systems for users
- lansweeper - ticking software
Soft Skills:
