Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer & Integration Consultant to lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM solutions and integrate with systems like Siebel and MuleSoft. This role will collaborate closely with sales, presales, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ to support end-to-end sales and presales processes.

  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable, technical Salesforce solutions.

  • Integrate Salesforce with Siebel and other legacy or third-party systems using MuleSoft or similar middleware tools.

  • Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

  • Provide ongoing technical support, training, and system documentation for Salesforce users.

  • Conduct regular audits and support Salesforce platform upgrades and releases.

  • Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices and new features to improve business processes and system performance.

  • Ensure high standards of security, performance, and data integrity across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Technical Consultant with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and system integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CPQ.

  • Experience in integration and building APIs using MuleSoft.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data synchronization, and system architecture.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as:

    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II

    • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

    • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (preferred)

  • Prior experience in the Telecom domain is highly desired.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado is a plus.
