Job Description:
- With 8-10 years of Call Center Analytics experience.
- Hands-on experience to build custom analytical models for structured call metadata.
- Experience in building custom models on Python and render visualizations on PowerBI or equivalent (basic ones).
- Strong experience on Call Center Analytics.
