Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Location : Sliver Springs, MD (Remote)

Contract : W2

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to support our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in test automation using Selenium WebDriver, with solid programming experience in Java and exposure to Python as a plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Java code for automated test scripts.

• Execute and enhance both manual and automated testing strategies for web-based applications.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

• Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and technologies based on project requirements and industry best practices.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium WebDriver.

• Strong proficiency in Java; familiarity with Python is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• FDA badge is mandatory.

• Experience in regulated environments, particularly in the healthcare or biotech sectors.

• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestNG, or similar platforms.

• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
