Job Details

Piper Companies is looking for a Director of Infrastructure to join a start-up company who is consistently acquiring MSP companies. This is based in the San Francisco, CA area requiring someone local for occasional onsite meetings.

Essential Duties of the Director of Infrastructure:
  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technical staff.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and specific requirements related to networking and security.
  • Offer expert technical guidance and best practices tailored to the learned business goals of our clients.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams, marketing, sales, and vendor partners to create and execute go-to-market plans.

Qualifications of the Director of Infrastructure:
  • 10+ years of experience architecting and designing large scale network solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience working for an MSP company
  • 5+ years of VAR (value added resale) experience
  • Experience managing a team of Network/Security/Systems Engineers


Compensation for the Director of Infrastructure:
  • Base Salary of $175,000 - $225,000 plus bonus (based on experience)
