Position Summary:

Title: Business Analyst III Front Office Expertise

Duration: 12 Months Long Term

Location: Washington, DC 20433

 

Hybrid Onsite 4 days onsite per week from day1

 

Must-Have:

  • Front Office Expertise Trades, stocks, bonds, derivatives, Futures, Swaps, CD s and other financial instruments.
  • Educational degree in finance/accounting/Commerce/Economics
  • Solid Financial/Banking domain experience
  • True Hands-on Business Analysis experience.
  • Agile Experience.
  • CFA Certifications Preferred

 

 

Project:

Asset Management

 

The team is looking for a very strong a BA with expertise in Front Office in asset management. The BA must be able to think out-of-the-box, challenge existing process, analyze requirements, break them down into user stories with sufficient details, and an achievable acceptance criteria. These are non-negotiable.

 

 

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Must have atleast 7-10 years of experience, of which atleast 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst with expertise in Front Office - Trades, stocks, bonds, derivatives, Futures, Swaps, CD s and other financial instruments.
  • Strong experience in agile methodology is an absolute must.
  • Solid experience in having developed user stories and acceptance criteria is essential.
  • In-depth experience in coming with up test plans, test strategies, test cases and control sets for testing purposes.
  • Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects
