Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Product Owner to join our team. This fully remote role involves supporting our development teams in migrating all Interactive Voice Response APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product ownership, writing user stories, and collaborating within development teams.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Product Owner to join our team. This fully remote role involves supporting our development teams in migrating all Interactive Voice Response APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product ownership, writing user stories, and collaborating within development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support for teams migrating IVR APIs.
- Ensure that all features have the necessary user stories to complete the migration for each API.
- Write, update, and move stories and features through the workflow process in JIRA, from Backlog to completion.
- Help operate daily standup meetings and input updates from the development team into JIRA.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary controls and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage and execute digital product ownership tasks, ensuring successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Expertise in translating developed features into detailed user stories, facilitating clear communication and understanding among development teams.
- Solid experience working within development teams, contributing to collaborative efforts and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Proficiency:
- JIRA: Essential for managing and tracking user stories, features, and workflow processes.
- Jira Workforce Management (JWM): Crucial for workforce planning and management within the development teams.
- Excel: Important for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining project documentation.
