The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One.This role requires a self-driven and solutions-oriented innovator to design marketing automation flows and launch multi-channel customer communications for Apple services. The Growth Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications including notifications, ultimately driving awareness, acquisitions and engagement of Apple services and products. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the Growth Operations Manager will think strategically, execute flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization.

Description

Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategic objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.Considering the complexities of global large-scale projects, collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to ensure that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly communicated and addressed.Optimize performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement. Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity and identify and communicate issues to internal teams.Identify key opportunities for innovation in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
  • Technical proficiency in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys
  • Proven experience with logical reasoning and critical thinking
  • Experience in SQL to target customers through customer segmentation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,800 and $222,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
