Are you passionate about building high-performance, scalable applications?
PRISM seeks a Performance Tester. You'll be crucial in ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll work closely with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, design and execute performance tests and provide valuable insights to optimize our systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Bottleneck Identification: Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements and ensure optimal system performance.
- Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor system health and identify trends.
- Documentation: Create detailed test plans, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing).
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
