UX Analyst (Hybrid in Columbia, SC)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a UX Analyst for a Hybrid (On-Site on Tuesdays) opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will conduct in-depth analysis of user workflows and digital touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications of the UX Analyst:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
Bachelor or Associate s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job-related degree Highly Desired
8 Years IT experience including extensive systems programming experience
Must be familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Must have experience using Microsoft products and Azure
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desired
Background in user experience analysis and process optimization is a plus
Experience documenting technical requirements and creating process flows is a plus

Responsibilities of the UX Analyst:
Conduct in-depth analysis of user workflows and digital touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities
Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal stakeholders to gather insights into system functionality and business processes
Engage with member services teams to understand external customer pain points and capture use cases for system improvements
Document detailed technical requirements and create user flow diagrams that align with business objectives
Collaborate with development teams to validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions
Map out integration points between different systems and data flows
Create and maintain system documentation including process flows and functional specifications
Analyze current digital solutions and propose improvements based on industry best practices
Partner with QA teams to ensure business requirements are properly tested and validated

Work Location: Hybrid. Will be On-Site every Tuesday in Columbia, SC.
