Your role and responsibilities

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.\n\nThe work model for the role is: onsite\n\nThis role is contributing to the Motion Business.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n\n \tEnsure master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality across all systems within your scope of responsibility.\n Document, review, and update all work procedures related to data policies and system maintenance.\n \t Engage in the development, updating, and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics that support data management functions.\n \t Willingness to learn and adapt to changing responsibilities and tasks as the team evolves and demands shift.\n \tTech-Savvy, comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools and systems.\n \t Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines.\n \t Familiarity with common office software like Microsoft Office.\n \t Passion for learning and keeping up with the latest trends in employee development and training practices.
Qualifications for the role

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering ,computer science, or equivalent, in the United States.
  • \tIntern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
  • \tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • \tUtilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
  • \tEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • \tDemonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
  • \tCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
