Job description:

A Stibo STEP Solution Architect is a technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of a Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) solution for clients, ensuring it aligns with business requirements by leading the technical strategy, data modeling, integrations, workflows, and data governance aspects of the platform, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver a successful engagement.

Typical Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience with STIBO STEP Architecture and 12+ years of Total IT work experience

Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices

Expertise in Stibo STEP platform features, including data modeling, workflows, integrations, and data quality tools

Strong technical skills in data analysis, data mapping, and data migration

Experience with designing and implementing enterprise-level integrations

Proficiency in data governance principles and practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

Understanding of industry standards and data formats relevant to the business domain

At least two full lifecycle implementations of the Stibo STEP solution for Product MDM or PIM; additional MDM/PIM implementation experience a plus. Stibo STEP experience as a hands-on technical developer and configurator.

Leadership experience in designing and implementing MDM/PIM solutions and platform automation

Experienced technical skills in software development are helpful: Java and/or JavaScript, data and database design, SQL, Python, XML, Linux, and web services. Knowledge of cloud data stores and architecture, Gen AI would be desirable.

Roles and responsibilities:

Provide leadership to project team members, ensuring the successful delivery of the STEP solution by adhering to standard methodologies and meeting specific customer requirements. Defining the overall system architecture, including data models, data flows, integrations, workflows, and user interfaces within the Stibo STEP platform across PODS Planning and executing data migration from legacy systems to the Stibo STEP platform, ensuring data quality and consistency

Defining integration points with other enterprise systems using APIS, web services, or other integration methods to support Inbound and Outbound integrations

Provider oversight to Production Support POD working with support lead for continuous improvements and automation opportunities enabling STIBO & other supporting platforms Participate and lead in workshops to understand business needs and help translate them into technical specifications for the Stibo STEP solution

Stibo Architect will be responsible in bringing in the industry best practices on Stibo implementation and will recommend changes / improvisations to CVS

Configuring the Stibo STEP platform to meet specific business requirements, including custom workflows, rules, and data validation.

Knowledge of PDX, STEP API's, Web UI, dash boards. data quality and data governance.

Lead Integration architecture with upstream and downstream systems including viz. ERP, API, SOAP & Cloud data stores.

Providing training to end users and internal teams on the Stibo STEP platform functionality and data management practices

Guide definition and roll out of data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules.

Support integration, system, and user acceptance testing

Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Platforms, POD based delivery would be highly desirable
