About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digitalization to lead and transform our supply chain operations through innovative digital solutions. As the head of digitalization for the supply organization, you will play a critical role in driving the digital roadmap, leveraging emerging technologies, and enhancing our operational efficiency across the supply chain. This role will focus on re-engineering processes, fostering a data-driven culture, and creating value-added solutions to improve service levels, optimize costs, and support our global telecom business's long-term growth.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for the supply chain, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative digital technologies, including AI, machine learning, IoT, RPA, to enhance supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives integrate smoothly with existing systems and meet business needs.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and automate supply chain processes, focusing on areas such as demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of digital initiatives.
  • Foster a data-centric culture within the supply chain team by implementing advanced analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to build robust data pipelines that enable real-time insights and predictive analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accessibility across the supply chain, facilitating informed and agile decision-making.
  • Drive organizational change by creating buy-in and aligning stakeholders at all levels to the digitalization vision and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on industry best practices and market trends to keep the team at the forefront of digital supply chain advancements.
  • Work closely with executive leadership, IT, finance, and operations to align digital supply chain initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate with external technology providers, consultants, and industry experts to evaluate and adopt the best-in-class digital solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for digital supply chain matters, ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders.


The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on digital transformation within a large-scale organization, preferably in the telecom or technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in digital supply chain tools and technologies, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP,), advanced analytics platforms, and automation tools.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of telecom industry supply chain requirements and challenges.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and IoT applications in the supply chain.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.
