Remote - Immediate interviews for QA Salesforce Architect - long term contract
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Salesforce Architect to lead the quality assurance strategy and architectural design for our Salesforce platform. This is a cross-functional leadership role where you ll collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and QA engineers to ensure a scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect QA Strategies: Design and implement end-to-end QA frameworks, test strategies, and standards specifically tailored for Salesforce applications.
Test Automation: Lead the development and integration of automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
Salesforce Architecture: Provide technical leadership on Salesforce architecture including system design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Enforce QA and development best practices, including peer code reviews and test coverage requirements.
Defect Management: Establish robust defect tracking, triaging, and resolution processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable test and architecture solutions.
Training & Mentoring: Mentor QA teams and developers on testing standards, automation best practices, and quality ownership.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to data security, regulatory, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform with a strong focus on QA and automation.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect for Salesforce projects.
Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Proficient in testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), DevOps tools (Copado/Gearset), and CI/CD processes.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA lifecycle.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with test data management and sandbox strategies.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare).
