In this hands-on role, you'll dig into complex technical challenges, build and maintain validation automation architecture, and actively contribute to mitigating project risks while engineering the future of innovation.

Description

As System Validation Engineers, we love the impact we make on the products that reach our customers. Some of the things we do are:Partner closely with EE design and SI/PI teams to define rigorous test plans for our products focusing on system performance and marginingDrive the execution of tests plans with subsystem owners and our CM partnersCollaborate with EE and cross-functional teams to review results and feed validation learnings back into design improvementsEffectively report validation progress, risks, and top issues to the broader team and upper managementDevelop innovative validation process improvements, such as scripting automation and test board designTrack and manage electrical validation schedules partnering with EPMs and technical leadsParticipate in debug activities, including actively driving design of experiments (DOEs)Lead and coach other validation engineers
