Job Details

  • Provide technical assistance to other data processing personnel on problems dealing with operating systems, computers, utility programs, systems control parameter.
  • Hardware inventory management
  • Equipment imaging
  • Software installation
  • Rollout equipment
  • User migration
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, MFD (Xerox preferably), Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, MS365 web applications, SCCM imaging technologies, communication skills.
