We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Site Grading, Land Development, Design, PE, and drainage. Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design and construction of civil engineering projects, including highways, bridges, water and sewage systems, and other infrastructure.
2. Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to create detailed designs and plans.
3. Conduct site grading and land development tasks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental considerations.
4. Develop and implement innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems.
5. Perform drainage design and analysis to prevent water accumulation and flooding.
6. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
7. Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
8. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and apply this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design and land development.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
4. Proficiency in Civil Engineering software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
5. Solid understanding of site grading, land development, and drainage design.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming engineering challenges.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
9. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to industry regulations.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
