Title: Benefits Manager

Location: Western or Southeastern U.S. Region
Employment Type: Contract

Description:
* A leading organization is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee and manage employee benefits programs including health plans, retirement offerings, leave policies, and spending account options.
* This role involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective benefit administration, compliance, and communication.
* The ideal candidate thrives in a lean environment, has strong analytical abilities, and excels in both individual and group presentations.

Required Skills:
* Deep understanding of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave options, and spending accounts.
* Proven expertise in administering benefit plans and negotiating with service providers.
* Experience working independently or in small teams handling end-to-end benefits management.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Skilled in analyzing complex data to support business decisions.
* Well-versed in compliance regulations relevant to employee benefits.
* Confident in delivering presentations to varied audience sizes in both physical and virtual settings.
* Demonstrated ability to foster and enhance team development.
* Highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset.

Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with common workplace technologies and platforms including office productivity suites, team communication tools, HRIS, procurement, and expense management systems.
* Experience using productivity and HR platforms (e.g., collaboration software, workflow tools, invoicing platforms).

Compensation:
Pay Range: $108.04-$154.35 Per Hr
