Sr. Business Analyst role is a specialized position that focuses on analyzing business , managing, and optimizing data related to Active Directory within an organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a consulting role or a client-facing position is essential, reflecting a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver value.
- Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory management, data analysis, and IAM processes.
- Experience managing a small team and delegating responsibilities.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and advanced Excel/Google Sheets functionalities is critical.
- Communication & Documentation:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills to ensure that processes, findings, and recommendations are clearly recorded and accessible.
- Independence & Teamwork:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing positively to a team environment.
