Title: Servicenow Architect Consultants

Location: 100 % Remote

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Pay Range- $75-$90/hr rate


Mission:



  • This person will be joining a mature ServiceNow practice to help drive technical solutions for a consulting client, working directly with customers to understand their business needs and then executing on a technical basis.



Day to Day:



  • An employer is looking to add a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to a project for a Fortune 50 client on a100% remote basis.

  • This person will lead the design and implementation of a custom ServiceNow Scoped Application tailored for a scalable and secure Issue Management process.

  • You will be responsible for both design and hands-on development. This role encompasses building custom workspaces, form views, and dashboards, as well as implementing priority matrices, SLA definitions, and intuitive UI policies or actions to enhance the user experience.

  • Leading a six-week Agile development cycle with iterative sprints, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with customer requirements, including sprint demonstrations to maintain alignment with client goals.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes through innovative ServiceNow solutions.

  • The ServiceNow environment of the customer is very mature, so the ideal candidate will have previous experience providing guidance in mature, enterprise ServiceNow environments and lead with a headstrong, consultative approach.


Must haves:




  • Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect



  • Previous consulting experience in a mature ServiceNow environment- thought leader that takes a consultative approach with end-client, working with multiple projects/customers at a time.



  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications (SPM, CSM, & ITOM)

  • Previous experience & confidence working directly with the customer, gathering requirements, writing user-stories, hands-on development, and driving technical solutions.
