Job Details
Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (especially Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent certification.
- Background in software development or IT project management.
- Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus
