Job Title: Product Manager II - Identity Management
Location: Denver, CO (In-office required, 4 days a week)
Job Type: Long-term Contract-To-Hire
Responsible for the product lifecycle and development of initiatives for the Identity product portfolio, which includes customer authentication, login credential creation/recovery, and access to video streaming clients. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, designing customer experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, marketing, finance, support, and operations). You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from concept to post-delivery result tracking.
The ideal candidate thrives in a face-paced environment, has great attention to detail and can understand software architecture stacks and technical complexities quickly. You must partner with stakeholders to understand customer and business issues and then be able to articulate them with technical and design teams. Experience with Customer Identity and/or Cyber Security is a benefit but is not required. This role serves as the Product Lead for the Identity Management team, so experience writing user stories and managing a backlog is required. This role also requires data analysis acumen to interpret data and research to drive decisions and solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Understands best practices in product management
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Digital Product Management experience, focused on end-user customer experience
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Data analysis experience
- Denver, CO only. No remote. Needs to be in-office four days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Agile methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Tableau, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, Miro, Lucid, Google Store/Apple Store, Angular, and API management.
