Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and maintenance of websites, ensuring optimal accessibility, functionality, and security.

Develop comprehensive documentation for web hosting services, such as setup guides, user manuals, and configuration instructions.

Create and maintain a knowledge base with articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

Work in collaboration with hosting providers to document details of each website, access, and support.

Handle the renewal of SSL certificates and domain names.

Conduct regular backups and recovery procedures to safeguard data.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any web-related issues.

Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

Document issues and their resolutions for future reference.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status and projects.

Generate reports on server performance, security incidents, and other key metrics.

Keep meticulous records of changes, updates, and maintenance activities.

Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and content creators to align web strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

Proficiency in website administration and maintenance
Comprehensive understanding of website structure and functionality
Experience with SSL certificates and their implementation
Knowledge in web hosting services and technologies
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues promptly
Familiarity with website security measures and protocols
Ability to coordinate with different teams for website updates and improvements
Experience with website optimization for improved performance and load times
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
