Marketing Automation QA Specialist (Email)
- Conduct thorough QA testing of digital templates, including emails, landing pages, and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet quality standards before deployment.
- Ensure responsive email, landing page, and form designs are cross-browser and cross-device compatible and adhere to brand standards.
- Report on QA findings and collaborate with the campaign building team to address any issues.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on QA best practices for marketing automation, including email deliverability and data integrity.
- Stay updated on QA best practices and advancements in marketing automation capabilities.
Qualifications/Skills
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on QA within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
- Skills in testing responsive emails and landing pages.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in QA processes.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
