Job Title: Lead Software Engineer (Azure, SQL, Javascript)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6-9 Months

Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define, evaluate, and translate business requirements into technical stories.

  • Estimate delivery efforts and prioritize high-value deliverables as a leader within a Scrum team.

  • Influence the design, development, and deployment of product architecture in partnership with Technical Product Owners.

  • Lead platform modernization efforts, migrating legacy systems to modern, scalable solutions while addressing both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security).

  • Recommend and implement resilient, modern solutions to enhance existing systems.

  • Ensure consistent, reliable, and timely delivery of quality platform solutions across the enterprise.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Industry Experience: Background in the healthcare industry is essential.

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Risk Adjustment and Quality Management processes within healthcare.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade .NET applications, with a focus on both architecture and development.

  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL Server technologies.

  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and Single-Page Applications (SPAs).

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud development.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in data transformation and ETL processes.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

  • Experience developing microservices architecture.

  • Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
