Job Overview:

The Client Partner is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts across industry verticals. This role requires a deep understanding of IT consulting services and effectively drive solutioning, pre-sales activities, expand footprint in assigned accounts, have delivery oversight and work with support teams like talent and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Grow and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • You will front-end discussion with clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Meet clients at regular intervals to review projects, address concerns, negotiate contracts, conduct MBRs/QBRs and discuss potential opportunities.
  • Ensure CSATS and pursue long-term partnerships.

Net New Business:

  • Plan and execute new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Foster new client relationships and pursue account growth strategies to implement new service offerings
  • Discuss and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop new pursuits and initiate ABM (Account Based Marketing) proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Pipeline creation through proactive selling
  • Work with account team to lead RFPs

Planning:

  • Work with client stakeholders and internal dotSolved competency teams and develop strategies for digital and AI initiatives.
  • Work with dotSolved advisors and navigate client challenges and pursue new opportunities.

P&L Management:

  • Manage and control budgets and ensure margin intact.
  • Work with finance and account teams and track invoices, followup on overdue invoices, review metrics on revenue and margins.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 6 years in a client-facing role.
  • Measurable record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Experience in managing multiple clients.

You will have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good team building skills with competencies and pre-sales teams.
  • Good understanding of client landscape and strategies sales initiatives by working with internal dotSolved stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and mapping client requirements with internal competencies.
