Job Title: Systems Analyst III

Location: Onsite in Austin, TX

Contract Type: Long-term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III who meets the general qualifications of a Program Manager and the specifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery aspects for applications.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Sponsors.
  • Identify resources available to complete project assignments in a timely manner and identify potential risks, constraints, and issues that may impact the project. Develop strategies to address them.
  • Coordinate with IT Operations and Security for any infrastructure or security assessments required for the applications.
  • Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
  • Maintain and utilize detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of industry-leading services solutions, including expert working-level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena.
  • Provide a "trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations.
  • Responsible for production support on assigned applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience with standard concepts, practices, and SDLC.
  • 7 years of experience working with Product Owner/System/Business Analysts to understand functional and technical requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features.
  • 7 years of experience exhibiting excellent analytical, problem-solving, team playing, and communication skills.
  • 7 years of experience with Project Management Life Cycle and the Agile Development Life Cycle.
  • 7 years of experience meeting tight deadlines.
  • 7 years of experience communicating program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders.
  • 7 years of experience troubleshooting and supporting computer systems.
  • 7 years of experience delivering systems per contract specifications and to user satisfaction, whether SaaS, COTS, or custom build.
