Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our team. As an LSA, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable and sustainable Pega architectures aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex Pega solutions across multiple projects.
  • Provide architectural oversight to ensure that solutions are aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee and mentor the Pega development team, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, solution assessments, and optimization of existing Pega applications.
  • Integrate Pega solutions with external systems and applications.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Pega platform, staying updated on the latest features and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
  • 7+ years of experience in Pega design and development, with 3+ years as a Lead Architect.
  • Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and system components.
  • Experience in designing enterprise-level applications using Pega technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering high-quality Pega applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Citizenship and Clearance Requirements:
  • This position requires candidates to be holders with at least three years of residency in the United States or Citizenship.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo a Federal Government background clearance process.
