Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Integration Specialist with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MDM solutions that enhance the security and efficiency of mobile devices within our organization. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of mobile technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• MDM Solution Design: Develop and implement MDM strategies and frameworks to ensure effective management of mobile devices.
• Integration Management: Lead the integration of MDM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and security protocols.
• Policy Development: Create and enforce mobile device policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to MDM systems and mobile devices, providing support to end-users as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of mobile devices.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on MDM systems and best practices for mobile device usage.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor device compliance, performance, and security; generate reports for stakeholders.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in MDM, recommending enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT integration, with a focus on MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and MDM platforms (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron).
• Experience with scripting and automation tools for integration and management tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are a plus.

Must be able to obtain a "Public Trust" clearance!
