You will communicate with clients, solve problems and work tickets while giving excellent customer service. A killer Systems Administrator someone who gets along well with both people and their computers
We are looking for someone with the right interpersonal, technical, and common-sense skills. You would be responsible for the day-to-day technical needs of our client base. You will encounter issues related to Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, Office365, TCP/IP, Malware, etc. We need someone who can multitask while handling high-stress, high-pressure, highly technical situations on-site at client locations or remotely. We can t stress enough that we are looking for someone with the humility, personality, and customer service skill that is not extremely common among those who get along well with computers. We are looking for someone that would like to work remotely 50% of the time. 50% of the time, you would be on-site for our clients in the region. Most all on-site are for 1-2 hours and within 2 hours driving distance of Greenville.
Specific Experience Required
If TCP/IP, Port Forwarding, Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, Office365, and User Access Control are meaningless or make you anxious, this probably isn t the job for you. We would love someone who has previously supported Microsoft-based business technology, so please explain any related experiences. Otherwise:
- 2+ years overall network engineering/consulting background
- Extensive experience in Firewalls, Managed Switches (L2/L3)
- Extensive experience setting up new Windows-Based Servers, installing new networks, planning & performing server migrations

- Multi-Server Environment Experience
