Description:
* We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing efforts.
* This role includes website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), and performance marketing analysis to improve online visibility and user engagement.
* The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with teams to achieve measurable improvements in ROI and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee website maintenance and optimization to ensure excellent user experiences and industry standards.
* Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical improvements.
* Monitor and improve key SEO performance indicators, such as click rates and bounce rates, to maximize ROI.
* Create user-friendly dashboards using tools like data visualization software to track performance and present insights.
* Analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social media, SEM, and digital display, for optimization.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing goals and test innovative strategies.
* Conduct competitor analysis and recommend actionable improvements to enhance marketing outcomes.
* Implement A/B testing and continuous monitoring to optimize campaigns and website performance.
* Generate and transform data using SQL queries for in-depth analysis.
* Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least five years of experience in website optimization, SEO, and performance marketing.
* Proven expertise in SEO best practices and campaign performance improvements.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Proficiency with tools such as analytics platforms and data visualization software.
* Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
* Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $66500K-$95000K
