Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in EAST ELMHURST, New York, 11370-1135, United States. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will primarily focus on resolving hardware and software issues, providing support for video conferences, printers, and networks, as well as assisting with walk-ups. You will be part of a team servicing a sizeable number of end users, including C-suite executives, and will be expected to handle level 2 tasks.
Responsibilities:
Addressing and resolving issues related to imaging and hardware
Providing support for video conferences and printers
Troubleshooting and fixing network issues
Efficiently handling software-related concerns, with a focus on Office 365 and Box for cloud storage
Managing walk-ups and providing immediate assistance
Working with Windows 10/11 systems and handling level 2 service desk tasks
Serving a large user base, including high-level executives
Utilizing skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments
Utilizing ServiceNow for efficient resolution management and tracking.
Requirements
Proficient in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
Strong knowledge of Cisco Technologies and their application in resolving tech-related queries.
Expertise in Citrix Technologies, with a focus on utilizing them for problem-solving in a help desk scenario.
Comfortable with Mac Computers, including troubleshooting, updates, and general maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with Active Directory, including managing user accounts and resolving access issues.
Familiarity with Apple Devices and their software, with the ability to troubleshoot common problems.
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and fix common issues.
Experience with Configuration Management, including maintaining and improving system performance.
Skilled in managing Deployments, including planning, scheduling, and executing software installations and upgrades.
