Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and implement applications and solutions using technologies such as .NET, Java, React, and AWS, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the lead architect and cross-functional teams to implement features, address technical challenges, and meet project requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance APIs to ensure smooth integration with internal and external systems.
  • Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior developers.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality through rigorous testing and deployment processes within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Continuously improve development processes and workflows, promoting the use of agile methodologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and best practices within the development team.
  • Take ownership of development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery with minimal oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET, Java, React, AWS, and API integration.
  • Strong coding abilities and a deep understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and communicate progress or challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git and experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
  • A passion for problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, particularly with customer-facing applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques and mobile-first development.
