Job Details

Job Title: Marketing Support Spec.
Duties:
Marketing support specialists perform tasks that are related to marketing and promoting products. Involved in producing written and visual content that will be presented on flyers or other printed materials. They may also be involved in producing website content or online promotional materials.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Implement marketing activities for the selected market in accordance with the agreed strategy.
Define, implement and review strategies to ensure alignment with the client or organization.
Ensure customer is satisfied with the strategy and monitor overall performance throughout the marketing lifecycle.
Duties:
Channel activation and management Support the execution, activation and performance of a high-impact subdomain on edwardjones.com that will serve high-net-worth clients.
Project Leadership Facilitate successful planning and execution of key initiatives that support the activation and management of the said channel's broader strategy.
Client Personalization and Targeting In partnership with lead Channel Manager, support personalized, targeted channel plans that deliver value to audiences and drive firm revenue and support go-to market strategies. Use data to discover and optimize audience selection and to test experiences with target high net worth audiences.
Measurement, Analytics and Optimization Leads development of the channel dashboards in partnership with Channel Manager and Analytics team. Accountable for reporting on and communicating out performance of high-net-worth. Leverage external data sources and user behavior to make recommendations to improve performance across channel.
Skills:
- Knowledge of marketing reporting, analysis and strategy and relevant tools.
Analytics mindset with numerical aptitude.
Project management skills, including the ability to deliver under strict deadlines.
Education: - Bachelor's degree with a concentration in communication, marketing , journalism, web development or information management preferred or related/equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience in communication, financial services marketing, digital marketing, journalism, social media strategy, web or intranet development, user centered design, paid media, direct marketing and/or project management or comparable experience.
