Position Summary

The Lead Architect, Solution Engineering will be responsible for the business solution designs that includes working at the business unit level developing the most advanced end-to-end solution architecture for highly complex and significant initiatives in partnership with key business and IT stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Technical skills in the following areas: Application and Integration Architecture, Domain Driven Design, Security and Automation along with a working knowledge of IT operations
  • In depth understanding of APIs and microservices-based architecture
  • Experience working with technologies that work as glue between modern apps and legacy infrastructure leveraging streaming platforms like Apache Kafka
  • 6+ years in overall design/development experience
  • In Depth cloud platform knowledge with major public cloud platform including Google Cloud Platform, AZURE and AWS
  • 2+ years in hands-on AI/ML (including GenAI) experience and hands-on expertise with automating processes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Health Care Industry domain knowledge
  • Experience in enterprise development tools and methodologies (XP, Agile) including DevSecOps and DataOps
  • Experience integrating with legacy mainframe/mid-range AS400 applications including developing roadmaps for modernization of the applications

Education
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • Master Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
