This job description outlines the role of an Administrator for the Architecture Tool & Repository (ATR) . The role requires the individual to manage and configure the organization's ATR, leveraging tools such as Orbus Infinity (formerly iServer365), SharePoint, PowerBI, and Visio. Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to administer and manage the Architecture Tool & Repository (ATR), ensuring that architecture content is organized, accessible, and configured to meet organizational needs. The ATR supports the work of enterprise, solution, and business architects, providing a centralized platform for managing architectural artifacts.

Key Responsibilities: Architecture Tool Configuration:

Configure Orbus Infinity features, including diagram templates (Visio), catalogs, reports, PowerBI dashboards, workflows, and SharePoint portal pages.
Collaborate with architects (business, solution, and enterprise) to define and deploy use cases and requirements for the ATR.

Architecture Tool Management:

Administer and support daily operations of the ATR.
Handle user onboarding, troubleshooting, request intake, and continuous improvement of the architecture tools.
Ensure the repository is effectively curated and maintained.
Architecture Tool Knowledge Transfer and Training:

Capture and document knowledge from Orbus consultants on ATR configuration and administration.
Develop custom training materials to supplement vendor-provided courses, tailoring them to specific use cases and configurations.

Project Management:

Develop, execute, and maintain the ATR project plan.
Manage a backlog of features and use cases, engaging with users, stakeholders, and the ATR steering committee for prioritization.
Prepare project status reports, risk registers, and roadmaps for review by the Architecture Leadership Team.

Technical Skills Required:
Knowledge of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or similar architecture frameworks.
Experience in configuring/administering SharePoint sites for content management and collaboration.
Familiarity with architecture modeling tools such as Orbus Infinity, BiZZdesign, MEGA, etc.
Experience with PowerBI for dashboard creation and reporting.

Key Tools: Orbus Infinity: The primary tool for architecture modeling and repository management.
Visio: Used for creating architecture diagrams.
SharePoint: For organizing and sharing architecture content with stakeholders.
PowerBI: For creating dashboards and visualizing architectural data.
