HYBRID: This role is 60% REMOTE, you MUST be able to work ONSITE 2 day a week or up to 5 days when required (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Project Manager who can lead project teams in alignment with the department and business unit objectives. They will provide governance and oversight of end-to-end delivery, administrative direction, and leadership guidance and support for members of his/her team. This includes working closely with multiple areas of North American (Sales, Parts, Service, Finance etc.), in addition to managing vendor suppliers. They will report to the Dealer Applications Lead, responsible for working with all levels of business and technical management and teams to guide the delivery of both strategic and tactical projects.

Project: Project Managing a team focused on delivering a high-quality Dealer Communication System (DCS) that meets current and future dealer and business needs.

PROJECT DETAILS:
Manage the design, development & implementation of the Dealer Communication systems across multiple business areas.
Maintain a high performing team comprised of associate, contingent staff members, and vendor partners.
Achieve the Unit goals for the Project Delivery of the DCS system as approved annually: including schedule, budget and quality commitments
Define and implement the processes and methodologies to enable robust delivery and operation of complex, large-scale dealer-facing applications in a multi-partner ecosystem.

TOP SKILL NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
- 10+ years in Information Technology/Information Services
- 5+ years Project Management, leading teams and building cross-organizational relationships
- 5+ years Resource Management (direct reports) and Vendor Management
- Solid experience estimating, budget, and scheduling projects $1M-5M
- Experience with large-scale transactional and/or Business-To-Business (B2B) applications, advanced technology, Client-Server, SaaS, and PaaS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of IT Business or Product Development work experience with 5+ years of Supervisory experience (Customer Mind-Set)
3+ years managing professionals that lead teams, groups, and vendors
5+ years Project Management experience (Agile and Waterfall) and Technical Management
3+ years experience working with business groups and enterprise organizations such as Legal, Procurement, and/or Enterprise Architecture, etc.
2+ years procuring and managing outsourced and offsite partners
Experience with developing and managing a budget (at least $5M)
Ability to plan, set and govern strategic and tactical direction to support the organization s goals
Technical understanding of mobile, web, services-based solutions
Experience in management level presentations
Experience delivering high volume transaction applications
Experience leading and/or providing application development and portfolio support
Must exhibit drive, thought leadership and have very strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities to lead the delivery of complex technology solutions
Possess a strong understanding business and technical aspects of the system and navigating a highly complex multi-organization ecosystem.
Involved in developing and delivering proposals, dashboards, and presentations to all levels of business and management.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience with dealer automotive systems, DCS/DMS projects or other technology projects desirable
Experience with Liferay platform implementations desirable
