We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Owner specializing in managing release processes and optimizing release velocity through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality software releases. Your expertise in agile methodologies and release management will be crucial in driving the success of our product delivery pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end release process, coordinating release schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of software updates.
• Implement and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline the release cycle and improve release velocity.
• Work closely with development, QA, operations, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features and resolve issues affecting release timelines.
• Develop and maintain the release roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Ensure the quality of releases by defining and monitoring release metrics, conducting post-release reviews, and implementing improvements.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies that could impact release timelines and work proactively to mitigate them.
• Maintain release documentation, including release notes, version control, and deployment procedures.
• Establish a feedback loop with stakeholders to gather insights and incorporate feedback into future releases.
• Act as a leader within the agile team, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

Requirements:

• 5+years as a Product Owner environment, with a focus on release management and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving common goals and objectives.
