Should have SAP Project management experience and able to succeed in the immersion plan.
Work closely with all project stakeholder groups to coordinate the project milestones.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.
Provide periodic progress report on project status and track, manage, and drive issues to closure.
Track project actuals against defined milestones and revisit the plan as and when necessary.
Identify, track, mitigate key project risks and works cross-functionally with business partners, Information Technology partners and other teams to ensure successful execution of the project.
Report and escalate to management as required.
Keep the project SharePoint site current with corresponding project documentation, schedules, issues, risks, and status.
Maintain the PWA project plan updated, and status reports updated in PWA every week.
Compile weekly project status reports from all workstreams and coordinate project schedules and meetings as required.
Coordinate project team meetings, capture, document, and track action items from meetings and discussions, planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to BRD or KDDs.
Prepare Test Plans (SIT and UAT) and, prepare the cut-over plan (Business and Technical).
Track progress of testing, cut-over activities, hypercare defects resolution, and provide status reports on these activities.
Ensure CRs (Change Request) for the project are created, reviewed, approved, and communicated. Present and defend CRs at CAB meetings.
Prepare documentation for ARB (Architecture Review Board) and attend the review board meeting to present and defend the project.
Prepare documentation for all GPMO stage-gate review meetings. Participate in GPMO review meetings and ensure a successful gate passing.
